Each facility is assigned a Quality Program Specialist (RN) who is available to address all concerns. We also have a team of Regional Medical Directors. They are a team of experienced TeleNeurologists that review cases and practices with the Quality Program Specialist. Your facility will also have access to our administrator-on-call physicians as needed.
