Neurologist Dr. Vahid Behravan reviews discoveries in neuroscience and technology that have created hope for patients with neurological illnesses. Dr. Behravan will discuss life changing treatments in neurorehabilitation and recent advancements in available treatments for stroke survivors.

Presenter Biography:
Dr. Vahid Behravan joined TeleSpecialists in 2018 as a TeleNeurologist and has since taken on the role of Director of Community Education. He graduated from medical school in Iran, his neurology residency at Kansas University, and completed his fellowship in neurorehabilitation.
This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Emergency Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Live activity: Learners will receive 1 contact hour on attendance to educational activity and completion of evaluation. Enduring activity: Learners will receive 1 contact hour on completion of the course, evaluation, and pass post-test. Enduring course expires September 30, 2023.
