Welcome to TeleSpecialists TelePedia

An Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is an electronic version of a patient’s medical history that is maintained by the provider. It may include all of the key administrative clinical data relevant to a person’s care, including demographics, progress notes, problems, medications, vital signs, past medical history, immunizations, laboratory data and radiology reports. The aim of EMR systems is to improve patient care by reducing errors and delays.

TeleSpecialists’ proprietary TeleCare software is compatible with all major EMR system, and our physicians place orders and notes into the EMR just like on-site providers, in a timely manner. EMR is sometimes referred to as Electronic Health Records (EHR).
