Does your company provide tail coverage for the medical liability of your individual physicians?
There is no need for tail coverage for physicians who leave Virtual Neurology/TeleSpecialists because the ability to report claims continues under the master policy for the period of time they were covered by that policy. Under the master policy, each employed and contracted physician has individual coverage limits of $1M/$3M. However, since each individual physician does not have an individual policy, there is no policy to cancel when they leave, so there is no option for tail coverage. The only time tail coverage would come into play is if the master policy for Virtual Neurology is ever cancelled and not replaced with another claims made policy with the same retroactive date.
